Pepperest Sports and Management Academy (PSMA) is a dynamic football academy based in Nigeria, dedicated to discovering and developing the next generation of elite football talent.
With a deep passion for nurturing potential, we provide structured training and opportunities to help young players (ages 13–18) excel and advance to top-tier leagues worldwide.
Since our founding in 2024, PSMA has cultivated some of Nigeria’s most promising young footballers, equipping them with the skills, discipline, and exposure needed to succeed on the global stage. Our goal is to consistently graduate talents who thrive in professional football—both at home and abroad.
MR. EMENIKE EZEUGO, TECHNICAL-DIRECTOR – PSMA
Emenike Ezeugo who hails from Abia state is a seasoned professional, a stalwart in his playing days who turned out for a number of NPFL clubs including the now defunct Sharks of Portharcourt (metamorphosed into Rivers with Dolphins), Lobi Stars, Kwara United, Warri Wolves, 3SC, Bayelsa United and a host of others.
Ezeugo, who also played for FC SEHSCHEM of Iran and FC SHERIFF of Moldova as well as Nigeria’s U-17, U-20 and Beach Soccer teams.
He was also an integral member of the CHAN Eagles in 2009.
Emenike who is also the Head coach of Abia Warriors U17 side boasts of several coaching badges including a CAF D license, NIS to mention a few.
MR. VICTOR ODAIRI
SPORTING-DIRECTOR – PSMA
Mr. Victor Eziowoma Odairi
Hails From Isoko South Local Government Area Of Delta State, Nigeria, he is a retired goalkeeper and kept for so many Nigeria club sides in the then Nigeria Bournvita football league in the 90s, he was so good that he was nicked named , DODOMAYANA after legendary Peter Rufai, before knee injury forced him out of the game and left with no option than to go into football administration, he has handled so many administrative role in football both at the local and State Government level, he has also played a pivotal role in some notable sporting foundations, among which are, as the country director , Sodje Sports Foundation, A.U.K. based non-Governmental organization, and as the director of programmes, soccer for peace foundation , Abuja, and others too numerous to mention.
At club level, he was the former general manager of the Delta Stars Football club, a Delta State Government owned professional outfit, which he took from the amateur rank to professional level, now defunct.
Mr. Victor Odairi is a member of the Delta State Football Association, he was one time the secretary , committee on youth football development in the state, he is presently the chairman of Uvwie Local Government Football Council and a sports consultant to the Uvwie Local Government.
He is also the assistant head of operations with the Association of Local Government of Nigeria (ALGON) Sports, Delta State Chapter.
Mr Victor Odairi graduated from the prestigious national institute for sports where he studied sports management and later proceeded to the United Kingdom to broaden his knowledge more on Football Administration and had stint with the famous Sheffield united football club, the first football club in the world, Sheffield Wednesday Football Club, Charlton Athletics Football Club and also a brief stay at Manchester college of football.
Mr. Victor Eziowoma Odairi is happily married and blessed with four children.
